Description: The class is comprised of improvisational exercises and ideas that expand awareness and performance training for both the stage and for life. skills include body-mind centering; exploring the use of movement elements (body, space, time, energy); developing self-expression in motion and dialogue; and developing the ability to play and connect with others. 200-level students must structure and direct an improvisation on the Rice campus that is site-specific. Prerequisite: Successful completion of LPAP graduation requirement. Equivalency: LPAP 158.
