Description: CHANGE COMMINCATIONS ***** This course will explore the challenges of developing and communicating a change vision and imperative across an entire organization as well as in the business unit of a company.It will involve the students in analyzing the characteristics of a good vision with strategic objectives, defining effective managers and leaders of the vision and their role in making the vision real, meaningful, and actionable, and learning to execute a meaningful vision development and communication process.In addition, it will look at the role of vision development and communication in the strategic planning process and how the process itself can and should be linked to the vision and the change paradigm.
