Description: NIETZSCHE'S ANTHROPOLOGY: LANGUAGE, HISTORY, AND THE BODY (MAPPING GERMAN CULTURE) ***** Situates Nietzsche's thought on language, history, and the body within its historical context, and examines the validity of his arguments in a world increasingly challenged by scientific knowledge. Focuses on Nietzsche's views on truth, genealogy, nihilism, morality, and science, which continue to be relevant for current debates within the humanities.
