Description: INTERMEDIATE SPANISH I ***** Based on a task-oriented approach to language and culture learning, Spanish 201 allows the intermediate students to improve and expand their communicative skills. Students are expected to be active participants in the learning process. Class meetings are not based on lectures, but rely heavily on student interaction. ***** Enrollment limited to 20 per section. ***** Prerequisite(s): SPAN 102, placement test, or permission of the instructor. Credit may not be received for both SPAN 225 and SPAN 201.
