Description: This course aims to take students to an advanced level of proficiency in Portuguese. Students will develop fluency and communicative competence through movies, literary texts, newspaper and magazine articles in cultural context. Emphasis will be on conversation, vocabulary expansion and writing essays. Recommended Prerequisite(s): Results of Placement Test or PORT 202 or PORT 204 or Permission of Instructor.
